  <title>Deliverability Issues with Microsoft Email Services</title>

We’re currently waiting on Microsoft to resolve the issue on their side. In parallel, we’re confirming the best approach to safely restore M365 triage inbox sync once service is recovered. Jan 23, 00:05:51 GMT+0 - Identified - Due to an ongoing Microsoft outage, some Karbon customers will experience delays in receiving emails.
