    Karbon Triage sync is working across all providers and will continue to monitor this.

    This status will be changed to Resolved once we have notification from Microsoft that the issue has been fixed from their side.

    An automated process is now in place to ensure continued processing of Gmail messages, significantly reducing the impact for customers not using Microsoft email providers.

    We’re currently waiting on Microsoft to resolve the issue on their side. In parallel, we’re confirming the best approach to safely restore M365 triage inbox sync once service is recovered.
