Karbon for Clients: Email Authentication Code Delivery Issue

    We’ve implemented a solution for the authentication code delivery issue by updating the sender address. Authentication codes will now come from KarbonHQ <no-reply@kinde.com>.

    Please let the clients check their spam/junk folders and allow this sender if needed.

    We’ll return to our usual sender address — KarbonHQ <concierge@karbonhq.com> once everything is fully restored.

    This appears to be impacting Microsoft email domains (e.g., hotmail.com, outlook.com, msn.com). Our team is continuing to investigate the issue to identify the root cause and restore normal delivery as quickly as possible.

    The disruption was caused by an outage affecting one of our upstream providers, Microsoft Azure. You can find more details on Azure’s status page.


    All Karbon systems are now fully operational. Our team will continue to monitor performance closely until Azure confirms their recovery is complete.

Deliverability Issues with Microsoft Email Services

    Karbon Triage sync is working across all providers and will continue to monitor this.

    This status will be changed to Resolved once we have notification from Microsoft that the issue has been fixed from their side.

    An automated process is now in place to ensure continued processing of Gmail messages, significantly reducing the impact for customers not using Microsoft email providers.

    We’re currently waiting on Microsoft to resolve the issue on their side. In parallel, we’re confirming the best approach to safely restore M365 triage inbox sync once service is recovered.
