On May 25, a deployment change to our identity service caused existing OAuth sessions for several integrations to be de-authenticated. The affected connections could not be restored automatically, and users will need to reconnect each affected integration manually.
What was affected: Integrations under Settings > Connected Apps > More Integrations (including HubSpot and Float), and BGL, DEXT, Gusto, and Ignition.
What was not affected: Integrations on the Settings > Connected Apps page, such as QuickBooks Online and Xero, continued to work normally throughout.
How to reconnect: In Karbon, go to Settings > Connected Apps > More Integrations and reconnect each relevant integration. For BGL, DEXT, Gusto, and Ignition, reconnect from within that app.
